MANILA, Philippines — Several areas in Metro Manila were flooded on Wednesday morning amid the heavy rains brought by the southwest monsoon or habagat, local government units said.

The Manila City’s Public Safety Patrol reported the flooding situation in these areas as of 7:23 a.m.:
