ADB, 올해 한국 성장률 3.2%로 상향…반도체 호황에 0.6%p↑

아시아개발은행(ADB)이 올해 한국의 경제성장률 전망치를 3.2%로 상향했다. 중동 정세 불안에도 반도체 중심의 수출 확대 등이 전망치를 끌어올렸다.

아시아개발은행은 23일 발표한 아시아경제전망에서 올해 한국 경제성장률을 3.2%로 내다봤다. 지난 7월 전망치(2.6%)보다 0.6%포인트 상향한 것으로, 4월 전망치(1.9%)에 이어 2회 연속 전망치를 끌어올렸다. 내년도 경제성장률도 7월 전망치(2.0%) 대비 1.3%포인트 상향한 2.3%로 제시했다.

아시아개발은행은 글로벌 인공지능(AI) 반도체 수요 확대에 따른 수출 증가, 확장적 재정정책 및 견조한 기업 실적에 따른 민간소비의 완만한 회복 등을 반영하였다고 설명했다. 다만 지정학적 긴장 고조, 글로벌 금융시장 변동성 확대, 미국의 추가 관세 인상으로 인한 수출 및 투자 위축 가능성이 경기 하방 위험으로 작용할 수 있다고 덧붙였다.

한국의 물가상승률 예상치는 올해 2.7%로 7월 전망을 유지했다. 아시아개발은행은 “국제 에너지 가격 상승 및 국내 수요 강세에 따른 물가 상승 압력이 지속되는 가운데, 정부의 물가 안정 정책이 이를 일부 상쇄할 것”이라고 분석했다. 내년에는 에너지 가격 상승 압력이 완화되고 긴축 통화정책 효과 등을 반영해 2.2%로 내다봤다.

한편 아시아·태평양 지역 선진국의 올해 평균 성장률은 3.1%로 제시됐다. 대만 11.0%, 싱가포르 5.0%, 홍콩 4.2%, 일본 0.7%로 예상됐다. 개발도상국의 평균 성장률은 5.0%로 중국은 4.6%, 인도는 7.0%로 각각 전망됐다.
